TT INDUSTRY, SUB-SECTOR CONDITIONS RESTRICTING MARKET ACCESS LEGAL GROUNDS

1. Foreign organizations and individuals that directly or cooperate with domestic organizations to carry out surveying and cartographic activities in Vietnam must have a surveying and cartographic project approved by a competent state agency and license to conduct cartography.

After completing the surveying and cartographic project, the project investor must submit 01 copy of the results to the state management agency in charge of surveying and cartography.

3. Law of Vietnam
Conditions for granting licenses for surveying and cartographic activities:
A foreign contractor shall be granted a license for surveying and cartographic activities by a specialized management agency in charge of surveying and cartography under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment when fully meeting the following conditions: (i) Having a winning decision contractor or selected contractor of the investor, including surveying and cartographic activities; (ii) Having technical force, means, equipment, surveying and mapping technology suitable to the winning bid or the selected bid[1].

[ 1 ] There is a minimum number of 04 technical staff with intermediate or higher qualifications who are trained in surveying and cartography.
