1. AFAS, EVFTA: Social Services (CPC 933): Allows establishment of joint ventures in that the foreign capital contribution does not exceed 70%.
2. CPTPP: Appendix NCM II-VN-25: Social Services (CPC 933): Vietnam reserves the right to adopt and maintain any measure related to the sub-sectors listed above. 3. Law of Vietnam Authority to issue Registration Certificate works for a facility that supports victims of violence families, counseling facilities on domestic violence prevention and control: Provincial People’s Committees grant operation registration certificates to establishments supporting domestic violence victims, counseling facilities on domestic violence prevention and control in cases where the establishment has its head office located in a province or centrally run city established by foreign organizations and individuals

[ 1 ] According to the United Nations Major Product Classification (CPC Prov.), services related to the family sector fall under subsector CPC 933 (Social services). These services include support services for domestic violence victims, counseling services on domestic violence prevention and control, counseling services on law, psychology, health care, placement of shelters and other necessary conditions for domestic violence victims, guidance and counseling services for family members and children on behavioral issues, education, etc.
