- Wage is determined by these factors: job positions, productivity, bonds between colleagues.
- Wage for the 13th month every year
- Wage for the 14th month for productive employees.

Enterprises spend a lot on recruitment and training of employees every year. This significantly affects the progress and productivity of business activities.
However, the number of graduates being unemployed remains enormous every year. What are the reasons for such conundrum and what are the solutions?
From our empirical experience in working with various enterprises and with Vinasc Group itself, we realize that the demand of enterprises for each job, and governmental regulation regarding execution procedure are transparent.
Therefore, to solve this conundrum, graduates and job-seekers need to understand job requirements and effective methods of handling the tasks. Since university, undergraduates should start studying about enterprises, market demand and how to resolve those issues.
To help untangling the quandary between labor supply and demand, we consider short-term internship as a social activity.
We implement the internship program in all the fields that are our strength to help undergraduates approach the job better. At the same time, enterprises can approach a more appropriate human resource.
The content of the internship program is:
- We design and share the tasks needed to complete when joining the enterprise
- How to tackle the task in an efficient and legal manner
- Linguistic undergraduates will spend most of the time communicating with foreign experts.
