1. ACIA: Sectors and sub-sectors that are not eligible for investment registration certificates include: clay brick production, construction glass production, construction steel bar production D6-D32 mm and connecting steel pipes D15-D114m; galvanized steel plate and color steel plate. For sub-sectors: cement production (ISIC 2694), ready-mix concrete production, stone crushing (ISIC 2695): Investments in these sub-sectors will be subject to Government planning whereby there may be more incentives for domestic investors.
2. Law of Vietnam: Meets National Technical Regulations QCVN 16:2014/BXD for circulation.
