Publisher’s activities |
1. ACIA: not license foreign investors in the following industries and sub-sectors of publishing (ISIC 221): (i) Publishing of books, music books and other publications (ISIC 2211); (ii) Publishing newspapers, magazines, periodicals (ISIC 2212); (iii) Publishing of video tapes (ISIC 2213); (iv) Other types of publication (ISIC 2219).
2. CPTPP: – Appendix NCM II-VN-23, for sub-sector of printing (CPC 88442): Viet Nam reserves the right to adopt and maintain any related measure. – Appendix NCM II-VN-19, for the sub-sector of publication agency and information aggregation, publishing, radio and television, in any form: Vietnam reserves the right to adopt or maintain any measure related to the sub-sectors listed above, including the management of activities in the above sub-sectors, in accordance with the laws and regulations of Vietnam.
