Services relevant to sports, fine art, performing art, fashion show, beauty pageant and other entertainment activities | 1. CPTPP:
a) Appendix NCM II-VN-17: Fine arts and performing arts: Vietnam reserves the right to adopt and maintain any measure giving preferential treatment to Vietnamese artists and enterprises operating in the field of fine arts, performing arts and other cultural activities[1] .
b) Appendix NCM II-VN-26: Other sports and entertainment services, excluding video game business: Vietnam reserves the right to adopt and maintain any measures related to martial arts clubs and extreme sports.
c) Appendix NCM II – Sub-Appendix A: Services related to the organization of sports events (including the promotion, organization and management of equipment): Unlimited, in accordance with the law of Vietnam and the commitments of Vietnam in the Agreement this determination.
2. Law of Vietnam – Performing arts activities must satisfy the conditions in Chapter II (Articles 8 to 16 of Decree No. 144/2020/ND-CP). |
